How it runs
In person in Seoul by default, video if needed
The default market is Seoul. We change it only when the brief is centered on another region.
Our Seoul meeting place
In person is the default. The address is shared after the booking is confirmed.
Video if in person is not possible
If travel or timing does not work, we meet on video.
Deliverables are written in the meeting
Interview, IA, screens, and quote are written together. The meeting is the working time.

Are the 7 screens the whole service?
No. The IA covers users, operators, and admins in full. The 7 screens are representative screens from that IA.
Do you finish the service on the same day?
No. This product is 60 minutes of planning. Building happens later as a 2-week production contract.
If I cancel after we start, do I get a refund?
Before the start, yes — a full refund or a new date. After the start, and for a no-show, there is no refund.
