Planning Meeting and Two-Week Build
This section applies to the Company's Planning Meeting and Two-Week Build products. Existing terms on in-app subscriptions, credits, and other engagements remain in force.
1. A planning meeting is a 60-minute service priced at KRW 200,000 including VAT. Cancellation before the meeting starts is a full refund or a move to another date. After the meeting starts, and for a no-show, there is no refund.
2. Two-week build is KRW 4,400,000 including VAT and includes the KRW 200,000 planning fee. On contract, an additional kickoff payment of KRW 2,000,000 is due, then a completion payment of KRW 2,200,000.
3. If production is cancelled before build work starts, only the additional kickoff payment of KRW 2,000,000 is refunded. The KRW 200,000 planning-meeting fee is not refunded after the meeting, because that service has already been provided. After build work starts, the kickoff payment is not refunded.
4. Warranty is a 1-month warranty from final delivery. Only defects in agreed features on the issued quote are fixed at no charge. A planning-meeting-only engagement has no warranty.
5. Inspection lasts 7 business days after delivery. If no notice is given in that period, the work is treated as accepted.
6. Schedule changes close 24 hours before start. If the company cannot proceed, the customer may move to the next published slot they choose or receive a full refund.
