The KRW 200,000 planning meeting is part of the total. If you already paid it, we deduct that amount before build. Tax invoices show supply price and VAT side by side.

Kickoff totals KRW 2,200,000 and already includes the KRW 200,000 you paid. After deducting that KRW 200,000, the extra amount due at contract is KRW 2,000,000.

Build on a restricted live server
We implement the agreed scope on an access-restricted live server and send a review URL with access. The review server is not public.
Practical meeting
Use it together and lock the revision list
This is not a second kickoff. The practical meeting is time spent using the working service and agreeing what to change. In person or video.
Week 2
Agreed revisions, QA, handoff
We apply the agreed revisions, run final QA, then hand over source and operations. Handoff finishes after the KRW 2,200,000 completion payment is confirmed.
Scope
We build what the quote lists, in two weeks
The issued quote is the same feature list for talk, development, and QA. New features and in-scope fixes are separate.

Cover
Defect warranty is 1 month after final delivery
There is no refund within 30 minutes of starting. After delivery, we fix defects in agreed features free of charge for 1 month.
1-month defect warranty
It runs 1 month from the final delivery date. If a quoted feature does not work in a normal environment, we fix it at no charge. Planning-meeting-only work has no warranty.
Fixes vs new features
Week 2 covers in-scope defects and agreed operating rules only. New features need a separate quote.
Build refunds
If you cancel before development starts, we refund only the extra kickoff KRW 2,000,000. The KRW 200,000 planning meeting is already delivered, so it is not refunded. After kickoff, the kickoff payment is not refunded. Completion payment is due after acceptance.
If we are late for company reasons, we finish at no extra charge.

Can I stop at planning?
Yes. The planning meeting is KRW 200,000 and the deliverables stay with you. If you continue to build, that KRW 200,000 is deducted from KRW 4,400,000.
What if I want features that are not on the quote?
Week 2 only fixes in-scope defects and agreed operating rules. New features need a separate quote.
How long is the defect warranty?
1 month after final delivery. If a quoted feature does not work in a normal environment, we fix it at no charge.
Can I get a refund right after we start?
No. There is no refund within 30 minutes of starting. If you cancel the build before kickoff, we refund only the extra KRW 2,000,000. The planning meeting fee is not refunded.
